As a Change Manager / AI Coach at Sulava MEA, you will be on the front lines of AI adoption, empowering thousands of professionals to harness the power of Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and generative AI tools. Building on our track record of training 250,000+ individuals on Copilot, you will design and deliver engaging learning experiences—from executive workshops to hands‑on training sessions—that build confidence, drive behavior change, and unlock human potential in the age of AI.

Key Responsibilities Change ManagementServe as primary escalation point for project issues and strategic decisions
Build and lead executive steering meetings, bi-weekly sponsor meetings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Build and nurture relationships with customer sponsors, decision-makers, and Microsoft partners
Present business value and ROI to C‑suite audiences
Provide 1:1 and small‑group coaching to help individuals apply AI in their daily workflows
Act as an AI advocate within client organizations, addressing resistance and building excitement around our “Think. Prompt. Repeat.” approach
Support champions and Centre of Excellence (CoE) members to become peer trainers and AI ambassadors
Deliver executive “AI Leaders” sessions to shape vision, strategy, and organizational readiness
Develop and deliver tailored AI training programs using Sulava MEA’s proven methodologies for diverse audiences: end‑users, power users, champions, and executives
Facilitate instructor‑led sessions (virtual and in‑person) covering M365 Copilot basics, advanced prompting, role‑specific use cases, and agentic AI fundamentals
Design scenario‑based learning flows within the AI Centre of Excellence framework, gamified challenges, and interactive workshops
Create compelling content: training decks, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and self‑learning materials aligned with Microsoft Learn
Co‑facilitate “AI for All” kickoff events—high‑energy, all‑hands launch experiences that build excitement and commitment
Deliver localized training for Saudi Arabia’s unique cultural and business context
Represent Sulava MEA at conferences, webinars, and community events
Customize all training materials to client industry, business functions, and cultural context (both English and Arabic where needed)
Ensure content is relevant, practical, and aligned with real business challenges facing Saudi organizations
Validate and improve AI‑generated training content with human expertise and creativity
Track learner progress, certification completion, and skill development using Microsoft adoption metrics
Gather feedback and iterate on training approaches to maximize impact
Contribute to Sulava MEA’s ever‑evolving library of best practices, use cases, and training IP
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Teaching or training certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer – MCT, ATD, CPTD, Train‑the‑Trainer) highly desirable
4+ years in corporate training, learning & development, or technology enablement
Proven experience delivering AI, Microsoft 365, or digital transformation training
Background in change management or adoption programmes preferred
Experience training in the MEA region is a strong advantage
Strong hands‑on proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Teams
Understanding of generative AI, prompting techniques, and agentic AI concepts
Familiarity with digital learning tools
Ability to learn and adopt new AI technologies rapidly
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and storytelling abilities
Empathy and patience with diverse learner profiles, from beginners to advanced users
Creativity in designing engaging, human‑centred learning experiences
