Are you a dynamic and experienced school leader with a passion for girls’ education and British international schooling? We are seeking a visionary Deputy Head of Secondary to join a thriving and inclusive learning community in Doha.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Secondary School, fostering academic excellence, pastoral care, and whole‑school development. You will work closely with the Head of Secondary to lead a committed team of educators and ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education.
• NPQH would be to your advantage.
• Previous experience as a Deputy Head of Secondary in an international school setting.
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence.
• Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis.
