• Deliver engaging lessons in English language and literature to Key Stage 3 students aged 11–14.
• Foster student reading, writing and critical‑thinking skills.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity and self‑expression.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high teaching and learning standards across the English department.
