- Develop, design, and deliver aviation security training programs aligned with ICAO, IATA, and national civil aviation authority standards.
- Facilitate learner‑focused security courses using adult learning methodologies and interactive instructional techniques.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and staff competency levels.
- Monitor updates to aviation security regulations and ensure all training content remains current and compliant.
- Plan and execute learning events, including workshops, conferences, and mentorship sessions, to promote continuous learning across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify learning needs, research industry best practices, and design relevant security‑related learning interventions.
- Apply the 70:20:10 learning model to create balanced and experiential training solutions that drive behavioral change.
- Support continuous improvement by reviewing program effectiveness and integrating learner feedback.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, regulatory authorities, and global stakeholders to ensure training standards meet organizational and international benchmarks.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training programs, attendance, and assessment results for compliance audits.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation security training or related fields, or a high school diploma or vocational qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Formal aviation security trainer accreditation from ICAO, IATA, or a recognized Civil Aviation Authority.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering aviation security training in a multicultural environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of aviation security procedures, threats, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint) and e‑learning tools.
