- A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant Humanities subject, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Humanities within the British Curriculum, with a minimum of 4–5 years in the classroom
- Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a middle leadership role
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and driving academic achievement
- A genuine passion for Humanities education and the ability to inspire both students and staff
