Compass International School Doha was established in 2006 to provide a premium British education to expatriate and local Qatari families. The primary campus, Gharaffa, serves children aged 3-11 and offers a bespoke British curriculum aligned with the English National Curriculum.

Able to adapt quickly to our fast‑paced international environment, you hold a university degree, a recognised teaching qualification, and ideally two years of teaching experience. You are committed, creative, reflective and continuous in professional development, and can collaborate and communicate confidently with diverse audiences.

You will promote high expectations for students, design learning activities aligned to the primary curriculum, and foster a respectful classroom culture that encourages questioning and discussion.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Primary Education
• A teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE/PGDE)
• Two years of teaching experience
• Range of teaching experience across different year groups
• Good working knowledge of the English National Curriculum
• Strong classroom practice and behaviour management skills
• Teaching within International Schools
• Visa eligibility: bachelor’s degree and face‑to‑face teaching qualification
