Freelance Trainer AutoCAD Trainer; 2D & 3D

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Trainer to deliver high‑quality training programs in AutoCAD 2D and 3D design. The successful candidate will develop training materials, conduct classroom and online sessions, assess learner performance, and ensure participants gain practical skills aligned with industry requirements.

AutoCAD Trainer (2D & 3D)

Doha, Qatar

• Deliver AutoCAD 2D and 3D training programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, practical exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and corporate training sessions.
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations and practical workshops.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Offer guidance and support to learners throughout the training process.
• Customize training content to meet client‑specific and industry‑specific requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest AutoCAD features, tools, and industry best practices.
• Maintain attendance records, trainee evaluations, and training reports.
• Support participants preparing for Autodesk certification examinations.
• Coordinate with the Training Department to schedule and manage training programs.
• Ensure training quality and learner satisfaction at all times.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience using AutoCAD.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD 2D drafting, layouts, dimensioning, and annotations.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners with varying levels of experience.

• Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI).
• Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, Sketch Up, or related design software.
• Experience in corporate training and professional development programs.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
