The role is to teach Mathematics at KS3, IGCSE and possibly A Level. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and enthusing students in their development of knowledge and skills within the English National Curriculum. They will be part of a vibrant and creative team of Maths specialists and will deliver Mathematics to mixed ability groups.
Applicants should also be prepared to contribute to the wider community aspect of school life, which is expected of every member of the teaching staff.
Applicants must have a relevant degree, a teaching qualification and ideally experience of successfully teaching students aged 11-18. Experience of working with EAL learners from a variety of cultures will be an advantage.
Because of difficulties in obtaining a visa and residency, it will not be possible to consider applicants from nationalities outside of the UK or EU. For candidates with non-EU citizenship and with family members holding non-EU citizenship (including the UK), family visas can only be issued after 1 year of employment in the country.
