Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and deliver training programs, including preparing training materials, equipment, and resources to ensure effective learning.
- Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating their performance and providing guidance to support competency development.
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems, including Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS, and continual improvement requirements.
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance by conducting all training activities in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Master or at least Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Must have training methodology certification (Train the Trainer).
- The candidate should be a bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker & writer.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area.

Qatar - Duration: 3 Years Contract
