Trainer Electricity Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver training programs
- Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees
- Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods
- Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems( Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS)
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Must have Training methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer)
- Mandatory bachelor in Electrical Engineering and experience in Medium Voltage or High Voltage
- Must be a bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker & writer
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
Location:
Qatar
Duration: 3 Years Contract
