As part of the senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the Secondary School, fostering academic excellence, pastoral care, and whole-school development. You will work closely with the Head of Secondary to lead a committed team of educators and ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a degree with PGCE in Secondary Education
• NPQH would be an advantage
• Previous experience as a Deputy Head of Secondary in an international school setting
• Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop teaching talent
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to lead curriculum development, supervise staff, and drive academic excellence
• Experience in exam management, timetable coordination, quality assurance, and data analysis
• Capable of building professional trust and fostering a positive school culture
• Flexible, kind, and open to leading change in a multicultural environment
