Compass International School Doha (Compass) invites applications for a Whole School Performing Arts Teacher to lead our performing arts programme across all campuses.
About the roleDeliver a bespoke performing arts curriculum based on the English National Curriculum, support large‑scale productions, concerts, showcases and community performances, and foster a cohesive performing arts culture throughout the school.
About youYou will create an inclusive, motivating learning culture, support EAL, plan pathways for all students, promote the subject, and share best practice with colleagues.
Essential Attributes- University degree in a relevant specialist subject
- Teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE/PDGE)
- Teaching experience in a UK and/or international setting
- Strong knowledge of the English national curriculum relevant to your subject
- Fluent English speaker (native or near‑native)
- University degree in Performing Arts, Drama, Music or a related specialist subject
- Teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE/PDGE)
- Teaching experience in a UK and/or international context
- Strong working knowledge of the English national curriculum relevant to your subject
- Fluent English (native or near‑native level)
- Masters’ degree or evidence of further professional development
