Trainer Water

We are seeking an experienced strong Trainer Water strong to deliver technical training programs, facilitate practical and classroom-based learning, and support competency development within the organization.

• Deliver technical training programs for water operations and engineering personnel.
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions using approved training methodologies.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise trainees throughout the learning process.
• Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees based on competency requirements.
• Plan training schedules, equipment, materials, and resources to ensure effective program delivery.
• Maintain training facilities, equipment, and instructional resources.
• Update and improve training materials, manuals, and presentations to reflect current standards and best practices.
• Continuously enhance training methods and learning approaches to improve participant engagement and effectiveness.
• Support compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO standards), Risk Management, and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements.
• Ensure all training activities comply with applicable health, safety, environmental and organizational procedures.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments, and certification documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or equivalent Training Methodology Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical training, learning & development, or competency development.

• Strong presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging technical training programs.
• Experience evaluating trainee competency and performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) preferred.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
