Responsibilities
- Conduct training and education.
- Evaluation of trainees.
- Planning training resources, equipment, material and operating training.
- Maintenance of training resources.
- Lead and coach trainees.
- Improve training courses and training approaches.
- Assess, evaluate and certify trainees.
- Work as per rules and regulations in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to secure and maintain ISO Risk Management ISMS certification.
- Carry out and ensure compliance of all activities within the Department with company health and safety regulations.
Master or at least Bachelor in Electrical Engineering. Training methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer). The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer. At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area. Experience in Medium Voltage or High Voltage is necessary.
