Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct technical expert training and supervise participants.
- Maintain training rooms and equipment, update training material, and constantly improve training quality.
- Conduct training and education.
- Evaluate trainees.
- Plan training resources, equipment, material, and operating training.
- Maintain training resources.
- Lead and coach trainees.
- Improve training courses and training approaches.
- Assess, evaluate, and certify trainees.
- Work according to rules and regulations in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section to secure and maintain ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification.
- Ensure compliance of all activities with company health and safety regulations.
- Master or at least Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
- Training methodology certification (Train the Trainer).
- Bilingual speaker & writer.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area.
- Experience in Medium Voltage or High Voltage is necessary.
- Salary: Monthly Rate in QAR (All inclusive)
- 8 Hours / 5 Days
- 3 Years, with possible extension
- Qatar
