Training Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Training Support Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and administration of vocational training programs. The successful candidate will manage trainee assessments, training schedules, documentation, and communication with internal departments and external training providers. This role plays a key part in ensuring the effective delivery of training programs while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
MandatoryRequirements & Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Training Administration, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Learning & Development processes and training administration.
- Experience coordinating training schedules, assessments, and trainee records.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and record management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining training documentation.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
- Coordinate the assessment and selection process for vocational training candidates.
- Plan, organize, and monitor vocational training programs and trainee progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees throughout their training period.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify training needs and schedule learning activities.
- Liaise with external training providers, educational institutions, and business partners.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, attendance, and related documentation.
- Monitor training schedules and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the preparation of training reports, statistics, and performance data.
- Perform other training administration duties as assigned.
