• Bachelor s degree in Education or relevant subject specialism
• Recognised teaching qualification e g PGCE B Ed QTS teaching licence certification
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a relevant subject or phase
• Experience teaching an international curriculum IB experience desirable
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
• Ability to create a positive inclusive and student-centred learning environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high academic standards and holistic student development
• Experience working within multicultural or international school settings is advantageous
