We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of Early Years to lead our Early Childhood division at a prestigious international school in Qatar. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the foundation of learning for our youngest students, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of discovery. • Shape and implement a child-centered strategy that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and holistic development
• Coach, guide, and support Early Years teachers to achieve excellence in pedagogy and practice
• Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider school community in a diverse, multicultural environment
• Ensure dynamic, inquiry-based learning aligned with international standards and best practice
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, and compliance across the Early Years division

• BA Degree in Early Childhood Studies with QTS
• NPQH will be an advantage
• At least five years of relevant experience within an international school setting
• Proven expertise in delivering the EYFS curriculum, with a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy
• Collaborative leader and positive role model, committed to excellence and team success
• Demonstrated success in curriculum leadership, driving innovation and high standards
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
