Science Teacher

• Plan and deliver effective engaging lessons in line with the Canadian curriculum
• Create a positive inclusive and student-centred classroom environment
• Assess monitor and report on student progress using a range of assessment strategies
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Support the academic social and emotional development of students
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement attendance and behaviour
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning teaching strategies and school initiatives
• Communicate professionally and regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress

• Bachelor s degree in Science, Education, or a related subject
• Recognized teaching qualification
• Previous experience teaching Science within a school setting
• Strong subject knowledge
• Ability to plan and deliver effective, student-centered lessons
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
• Commitment to student wellbeing, safeguarding, and academic achievement
• Professional level of spoken and written English
• Nice to Have Experience teaching an international curriculum
• Previous teaching experience in the Gulf region or in an international school environment
• Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities, school projects, or student enrichment programs
• Experience using educational technology to enhance teaching and learning
• Master s degree in Education or a related field
