The opportunity
COORDINATOR – MOCKINGBIRD PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMYMockingbird Performing Arts Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Coordinator to join our team and help take the Academy to the next level.
Candidates should have a background in customer care, administration, finance and or marketing. The ideal candidate will be self motivated and committed to maximising the experience of all our young participants. The role is designed to ensure that Mockingbird is accessible and welcoming to all and to provide clear communication and orientation for all those making their first step in contacting the Academy.
The co-ordinator will ensure that Mockingbird continues to move at a pace in meeting our creative vision and offers the highest level of customer service, continuity and efficiency to every one.
Working closely with the Director of Mockingbird Performing Arts Academy, the Coordinator will be at the heart of the Academy’s day-to-day operation, supporting our pupils, teachers and families while helping to develop and promote an exciting programme of Drama, Dance, Musical Theatre and LAMDA Examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Mockingbird Performing Arts Academy, the Coordinator will support the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Academy programme, including promoting classes and productions, responding to enquiries and assisting with student recruitment.
