The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing ecosystem across paid, owned and earned channels. The incumbent will provide marketing campaigns that promotes QNBs brand, products and services. In addition, they will lead all the banks digital channels such as website, physical and virtual network and all upcoming digital platforms.
Role Description Shareholder & Financial- Assist in the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the Marketing Communications Department and assist in monitoring their achievement on a periodic basis
- Provide input in related budgets to facilitate the delivery and execution of the communications budget and strategy.
- Implements KPI’s and best practices for Digital Marketing.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimize cost, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for the bank.
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
- Cater the promotional requirements of all departments of the Group across all markets to enhance stakeholders’ value.
- Maintain regular contact with international offices, Business Heads, Managers and Leaders to ensure full integration and congruence objectives with Business goals and objectives.
- Support in building and maintaining strong and effective communication flow with all departments to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives.
- Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests.
- Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time.
- Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives.
- Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required.
- Developing and managing the organization’s annual digital marketing plan across Paid, Owned and Earned Media including PPC (Pay Per Click), SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Social Media, Affiliates across local and international markets
