Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor of Education or Degree with a PGCE in Primary Education
- NPQH would be to your advantage
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrates leadership, inspiration and guidance
- Experience of managing staff & undertaking performance reviews
- An effective, dynamic leader & positive role model for staff and students
- Knowledge & experience in an international school setting
