Qualifications and work experience:

• (1) They hold a PhD in social psychology.
• (2) Those with competence and experience in teaching and supervising at the postgraduate level.
• (3) They have published scientific research in internationally peer-reviewed journals.
• (4) They must possess the necessary skills to conduct research and implement appropriate interventions in diverse settings. Preference will be given to those proficient in Arabic and with a particular interest in research and practice in the Arab world.
