In this key leadership role you will support the Head of Primary in driving academic excellence, fostering a positive learning culture and ensuring the holistic development of students. With a passion for innovation and collaboration you will inspire staff, engage families and contribute to shaping a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

• Assist in leading curriculum delivery and ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across the Primary phase
• Provide guidance, coaching and professional support to teachers, fostering a collaborative and motivated team
• Promote a nurturing inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of every child
• Build positive relationships with parents and the wider school community, encouraging engagement and partnership
• Contribute to strategic planning, school development initiatives and continuous improvement in educational practice
