• Shall have hands‑on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of instruments
• Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
• Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
• Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)
• Vibration instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)
• Valves (Control Valves, On‑Off Valves, Solenoid Valves)
• Valve accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve pneumatic and electropneumatic positioners, Pneumatic relays, Air regulators and filters, Lubricators)
  • Shall have hands‑on experience in the usage of hand tools
  • Shall have hands‑on experience in the usage of test instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments
  • Shall have hands‑on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement
  • Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant scope of work
  • Shall have basic report‑writing skills
  • Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.
  • Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a fertilizer plant
  • Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries
• Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a fertilizer plant

• Technical Diploma in respective trade (12+3 years)
• 5 years relevant and hands‑on experience in respective trade, in oil & gas/petrochemical/fertilizer industry and competency.
