UCC Holding is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Director with a strong background in Oil & Gas and Energy Services to join our growing team.

We are seeking a strategic leader who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable growth across the energy sector. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with IOC/NOC environments, EPC contractors, energy solutions, drilling services, or related oil & gas operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies within the energy sector

• Identify and secure new projects and partnerships across Oil & Gas markets

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and government entities

• Lead commercial negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives

• Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

🔹 Preferred Background:

• Proven experience in Business Development within Oil & Gas / Energy sector

• Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations

• Experience dealing with IOC, NOC, EPC, and government stakeholders

• Strong commercial, strategic, and leadership capabilities

• GCC or international energy market exposure preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
