Responsibilities
- Act as Permit to Work (PTW) holder ensuring full compliance with HSE and operational procedures.
- Supervise offshore worksite activities and coordinate daily operations.
- Ensure safe execution of maintenance, modification, and construction works.
- Interface with operations, safety, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Monitor workforce performance under demanding offshore conditions.
- Ensure strict adherence to company and client safety standards.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience as PTW holder / worksite supervisor.
- Strong understanding of PTW systems, risk assessment, and safety compliance.
- Ability to work effectively under heavy workload and high‑pressure environments.
- Offshore certification and safety training preferred (T‑BOSIET or equivalent).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory).
- Chinese language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
- Physically fit for offshore rotational assignments.
