Management System Analyst
Location - Qatar
Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Management System Analyst to support QHSE operations, ensuring effective implementation of safety systems, audits, and compliance across warehouse and supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities- Support HSE objectives
, performance tracking, and reporting - Conduct QHSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Manage incident reporting, safety alerts, and corrective actions
- Maintain risk registers, legal compliance (LOR), and training matrices
- Oversee warehouse safety, chemical handling, and material storage practices
- Coordinate environment monitoring and waste management
- Support HSE documentation, procedures, and audit readiness
- Promote safety campaigns and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Bachelor’s in Engineering +
Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH - 10+ years experience in supply chain / warehouse / oil & gas
- Strong experience in QHSE audits, inspections, and data analysis
- Knowledge of risk management, safety regulations, and compliance systems
- Strong reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
