Preservation Foreman - Offshore

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise offshore preservation teams ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards for asset integrity.
- Develop and implement detailed preservation plans, identifying critical areas and materials requiring protection against harsh marine environments.
- Oversee the application of protective coatings, corrosion inhibitors, and other preservation methods, ensuring proper surface preparation and application techniques.
- Conduct regular inspections and surveys of offshore facilities, documenting the condition of assets and identifying potential degradation.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in offshore preservation, coating inspection, or a related industrial maintenance field.
- Possession of NACE or FROSIO Level II or III certification is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse offshore work crew in challenging conditions.
- Strong understanding of various corrosion protection methods, surface preparation techniques, and coating application.
