Field Verification Officer

We are looking for Field Verification Officers to support our verification operations

• Visit customer or employee locations for address verification
• Verify employment details by visiting company offices when required
• Support education and document verification activities
• Conduct phone-based verification checks
• Update verification details in the system
• Capture required photos and field evidence using mobile applications
• Prepare and submit accurate reports on time
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Report any incorrect or unclear information to the operations team

• Requirements1–4 years of experience in Field Verification, Banking, Telecom, Collections, Field Sales, or similar roles
• Must be a Graduate
• Comfortable with local travel
• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and reporting tools
• Good communication skills in local language
• Basic English skills preferred
