Role of Company site representative and Lead offshore brownfields, shutdown & Hook up by representating the COMPANY, ensuring compliance with Safety, quality, integrity and project objectives. Coordinate with OESS & Operation and Contractors to drive efficient Brownfields and Hook up execution & Commissioning and deliver operational excellence during offshore execution phase.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with offshore safety and quality requirements.
- Manage brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise contractors’ execution, mechanical completion, and commissioning.
- Review engineering deliverables for constructability and technical compliance.
- Monitor contractor progress, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate PTW activities and ensure compliance with approved method statements and JSAs.
- Ensure marine safety compliance and conduct safety tours.
- Promote safety culture and close assigned safety actions?
- Participate in lessons learned and REX reviews.
- HND in Mechanical or Instrumentation.
- 8 years’ Oil & Gas construction experience on large projects.
- 1 year in an offshore Company Site Representative Lead role or supervising service/vendor personnel.
- Oil & Gas operator, contractor, or offshore construction experience.
- Knowledge of offshore fabrication, installation, brownfield, hook-up, commissioning, and safety standards.
- Understanding of offshore facilities, sour gas, and LNG operations.
- Experience in large-scale Operations, Projects, or Subsurface organizations.
