The ideal candidates will have relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry, valid Qatar Energy approval, and strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation activities, permit-to-work procedures, and site safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate electrical and instrumentation permit-to-work activities at the project site
- Ensure all work permits are properly prepared, reviewed, and approved before work commencement
- Verify that work activities comply with approved permit conditions and safety requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and HSE personnel to ensure safe execution of E&I activities
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with permit requirements and approved procedures
- Identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented
- Ensure proper communication between work teams and relevant permit authorities
- Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and associated documentation
- Support implementation of site safety procedures and Qatar Energy requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Oil & Gas
- Valid Qatar Energy Approval is mandatory
- Must hold a valid e-PTW Certificate
- Good understanding of electrical and instrumentation activities
- Knowledge of permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and site safety procedures
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Proven experience handling permit-to-work activities within Oil & Gas projects
- Ability to coordinate E&I work permits and ensure compliance with safety requirements
- Must possess valid Qatar Energy approval and e-PTW certification
- Candidates must be available for the required mobilization date
