- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- UPDA Certified
- 5 years of working experience in a construction company
- Knowledge of all mechanical engineering concepts
- Knowledge of the construction principles, process, method and equipment related to mechanical (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, irrigation)
- Knowledge of building construction process and phases
