Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with a strong background in industrial environments such as petrochemical or steel plants. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety trainings.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial (petrochemical/steel) sectors.
- Certified in NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA / ISO 45001 or equivalent.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
