Job Title:
Infrastructure / External Works Civil Engineer

Location: Qatar

Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer with strong experience in infrastructure, utilities, and external works
. The engineer will supervise daily site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Supervise excavation, back filling, compaction, pipe laying, manholes, chambers
  , and related infrastructure works.
• Monitor daily construction activities ensuring compliance with QCS, drawings, and project specifications
  .
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts for utilities and external works.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BTech).
• Minimum 3+ years experience in infrastructure/external works/landscape/roads/utilities
  .
• GCC experience preferred (Qatar experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of QCS and municipal regulations.
• MMUP/UPDA certification is a plus.
