About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the planning design and delivery of sewerage and wastewater treatment projects across Qatar. This role is critical to advancing sustainable infrastructure and ensuring environmental compliance in line with national and international standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of sewerage treatment systems.
- Oversee technical reviews hydraulic modeling and process optimization.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations budget and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including government entities consultants and contractors.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the team.
- Support tendering processes and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
- Chartered or Professional Engineer status
. - Minimum 15 years of experience in wastewater/sewerage treatment projects.
- At least 8 years of experience leading planning and strategy for foul sewerage networks and treatment works
. - Proven expertise in master planning
catchment strategy development and stakeholder coordination
. - Strong understanding of treatment technologies hydraulic systems and environmental impact assessments.
- Familiarity with Qatars regulatory landscape and permitting processes.
- Experience with SCADA systems BIM/Revit and digital project delivery tools.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
