General Maintenance foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Maintenance Supervisor with a strong Mechanical technical background and expertise in MEP systems . The ideal candidate will have 3 + years of experience in supervising maintenance activities, with hands-on knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical works . Previous work experience in large-scale agricultural farms will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).

Lead maintenance activities for irrigation systems, pumps, pipelines, and related farm equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime of facilities and equipment.

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and inventory.

Train and guide maintenance staff to improve skills and efficiency.

Liaise with farm management and other departments to support smooth operations.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong knowledge in Irrigation, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical systems .

Prior experience in large-scale agricultural or farm projects is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.

Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and handle multiple tasks.
