Job Title:

Protection Engineer (Kahramaa Approved)

Job Purpose:

The Protection Engineer will be responsible for handling protection engineering activities in compliance with Kahramaa standards, ensuring safe, reliable, and approved protection systems for electrical projects. The role requires holding a valid Kahramaa LOA and applying engineering expertise to protection-related tasks.

• Perform protection engineering activities in line with Kahramaa regulations and guidelines
• Prepare, review, and manage protection-related engineering documents and submissions
• Ensure all protection designs and calculations meet approved standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and authorities for approvals
• Support project execution related to protection engineering scope
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering best practices

  Qualification:
  
  Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical or relevant discipline)
• Total Experience
  
  Required:
  
  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in protection engineering
• Experience Certification:
  Kahramaa LOA (Letter of Approval) – Mandatory
