Are you an experienced EPC Project Manager ready to take your leadership career overseas?
BS Group International is seeking a highly capable and results‑driven Project Manager – EPC (Electronics & Automation) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects across industrial automation, control systems, and electronic infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, extensive field experience, and 8–10 years of proven EPC project management experience, preferably within oil & gas, power, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors. The ability to operate confidently in safety‑critical environments and offshore flexibility are essential.
Additionally, the selected candidate must be willing to support operations across Qatar (Doha) and other company branches, including Abu Dhabi (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), based on project requirements.
Client Relationship Management Autonomy Field & Technical Oversight Safety & Compliance Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end EPC project execution from design through commissioning and handover
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation and corrective actions
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors
- Provide hands‑on site leadership during installation, testing, and commissioning activities
- Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, EPC / FIDIC contracts, IEC standards, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and project updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify opportunities for variation orders, optimization, and business growth
- Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience in EPC project management within electronics, automation, or industrial systems
- Strong background in managing large‑scale, safety‑critical projects, preferably in oil & gas or infrastructure sectors

Qualification:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related engineering discipline - Certifications (Preferred): Knowledge of EPC / FIDIC contract frameworks
- Strong expertise in EPC project execution methodologies
- Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams (10+ members)
- Solid understanding of automation technologies including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and industrial control systems
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent client management, negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and risk management
- International Exposure: Lead high‑profile EPC projects across Qatar and the GCC
