About the job Lead Quality E&I / Telecoms (N-1536)
Job Description Highlights:
- The Onshore Lead Quality E&I & Telecoms is responsible to deliver the implementation of the quality program and activities related to Electrical / Instrumentation and Telecom disciplines.
- Coordinate site surveillance and inspection activities to support the execution of the work in accordance with project requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong planning, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
- Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organisational levels
- Associates Engineering or Engineering degree Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience with Quality Management Programs and Quality Control activities for execution of mega projects in the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
- Project experience associated with E&I Quality Control activities within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.
- Experience with multi-national contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of LNG production facilities,
- Assertive Quality management leadership skills. Must be capable of communicating E&I quality requirements, results and status throughout Company and contractor management and craft labor levels.
- Considerable relevant experience in the construction of onshore Oil & Gas installations.
