About This Role:
Own day-to-day lookahead planning + progress tracking + material availability coordination to ensure Workfront readiness offshore/onshore yards, avoiding downtime due to missing materials, late deliveries, or planning gaps.
Reporting line:Usually reports to Project Controls / Construction Manager
, working closely with planning engineer(s), warehouse, expediting, and subcontractors
.
- Build and maintain short-term & medium-term plans (daily/weekly lookaheads) aligned with project baseline schedule.
- Track progress and productivity
, highlight constraints, and issue recovery actions with construction leads. - Coordinate material status
: MTO follow-up, delivery tracking, MR/PR status, expediting interface, and site material reconciliation. - Ensure “
Workfront ready packs: drawings latest revision, permits, materials, tools/equipment availability. - Maintain planning and material logs, produce weekly dashboards, and support client reporting.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or Supply Chain
- Experience in EPC planning + material coordination 8+ years
) - Tools:
Primavera P6 or MS Project (planning exposure), Excel (advanced), ERP/material tracking exposure (SAP is a plus)
