Mechanical Project Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer – Static & Package Equipment is responsible for the design, detailed engineering, and project management of static, package, and combustion equipment for oil & gas refineries, LNG plants, petrochemical facilities, fertilizer plants, power plants, and related onshore/offshore installations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, engineering expertise, and the ability to oversee projects from feasibility through execution.

• Engineering & Technical Activities
• Perform design and detailed engineering of static and package equipment such as:
• Pressure vessels
• Heat exchangers
• API tanks
• Fired heaters
• Boilers
• HRSGs
• Various packaged equipment
• Develop and review:
• Technical specifications
• Mechanical datasheets
• Material requisitions
• Technical bid evaluations (TBE)
• Material handling reports
• Scope of work documentation
• Execute engineering deliverables for:
• Feasibility studies
• Pre-FEED
• FEED
• EPC projects (greenfield & brownfield)
• Project Management
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare project execution plans, quality plans, and HSE plans.
• Ensure all engineering tasks are completed on schedule and within project requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in static and package equipment design and engineering.
• Strong background in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, LNG, and fertiliser industries.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, TEMA, etc.).
• Experience in both onshore and offshore facilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
