Your Role
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX HVAC equipment (Split VRF/VRV, Package Units, Rooftop Units, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers and end users.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients.
Technical Support
- Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales technical support for DX HVAC systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and projects teams during execution and commissioning phases.
Market & Project Management
- Track project pipelines from specification stage to order closing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits and technical presentations.
- Support marketing activities such as product launches and technical seminars.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years (preferably 7–10 years) of experience in HVAC sales with strong exposure to DX systems.
- Proven experience dealing with consultants, contractors and large projects.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC design standards and codes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Results‑driven with strong customer focus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the Qatar market (preferred).
- Existing network of HVAC consultants and contractors (preferred).
- Knowledge of DX system solutions (preferred).
