Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure project compliance
- Monitor and control project costs, including variations
- Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and variation claims
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and payment certificates
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and Qatar construction standards
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer in building, road, and infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQs, variations, cost control, and contract administration
- Experience with SAP is mandatory
- Familiarity with Qatar construction standards and practices
- Must be currently in Qatar and able to join immediately
