Senior Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. This full-time position offers exciting opportunities to contribute to diverse projects across multiple locations including Doha Qatar and Riyadh Saudi Arabia
, Jeddah Saudi Arabia and Al Khobar Saudi Arabia
. The Senior Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects, ensuring the financial viability and success of our operations.

• Develop detailed cost estimates for various projects considering all aspects of materials, labour, equipment and subcontracts.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess project conditions.
• Prepare and maintain cost databases and historical cost information.
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement and project management to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and present cost reports and presentations to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and cost estimating techniques.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and develop contingency plans.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Estimation Engineer, preferably in the construction fitout or related industry.
• Strong understanding of cost estimating principles, methodologies and software.
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools such as Microsoft Excel and cost estimating software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working on international projects, preferably in the Middle East region.
