• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on marine vessels, ensuring they align with project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to identify and rectify potential issues before they escape.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical systems, leveraging advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and safety officers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for electrical work in compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
• In-depth understanding of marine electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on marine applications.
• Proven track record of supervising electrical installation and maintenance projects in marine environments.
• Strong knowledge of maritime electrical regulations, codes, and standards.
