Materials Controller

Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

Control, track, and manage piping materials including pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and supports.

Maintain accurate records of material receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation as per project requirements.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and traceability.

Monitor material movement, shortages, damages, and excess, and prepare regular inventory and status reports.

Ensure materials comply with approved specifications, MTCs, and project documentation requirements.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Materials Controller, specifically in piping projects.

Strong knowledge of piping materials, MTOs, MTCs, and material traceability systems.

Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
