Faculty Positions – Department of Engineering (Robotics)

We are inviting applications for Faculty Positions in the Department of Engineering with specialization in Robotics/ Mechatronics Engineering.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals, relevant teaching and industry experience, and a commitment to applied research, innovation, and student-centered learning.

PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline

• Academic qualifications must be directly relevant to the discipline taught
• Teaching experience in higher education is an advantage
• Strong background in robotics systems, control systems, sensors, and actuators
• Research experience with publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate engineering courses

• Deliver high-quality lectures, laboratories, and practical sessions
• Develop and review course materials, assessments, and examinations
• Supervise student projects, capstone designs, and applied research
• Engage in scholarly research and innovation activities
• Participate in curriculum development and accreditation processes
