Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on rotary equipment including pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, fans, and gearboxes
Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, shafts, and impellers
Conduct precision alignment (laser/dial), balancing, and vibration checks
Diagnose mechanical failures and perform root cause analysis
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, manuals, and OEM documentation
Perform installation and commissioning of new or overhauled rotary equipment
Ensure proper lubrication practices and monitor oil condition
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work reports
Follow all HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout procedures
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and operations teams during maintenance activities
Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency breakdowns as required
RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience
3–7+ years of hands-on experience in rotary equipment maintenance
Strong knowledge of centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery components
Experience with alignment tools, torqueing, fitting, and measurement instruments
Familiarity with vibration analysis and condition monitoring (preferred)
Ability to work from technical drawings and OEM manuals
