Experienced Electrical Engineer – Inspector to join our Supervision Team in Qatar
. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience
in consultancy firms, with proven expertise in supervising residential projects
.
- Inspect and monitor electrical works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QCS/international standards.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Conduct daily site inspections for electrical installations including power, lighting, and ELV/low-current systems.
- Ensure contractors work is carried out according to project requirements, codes, and safety standards.
- Report site progress, issues, and non-conformances to the Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager.
- Participate in site testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Support in preparing inspection reports, site records, and technical documentation.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 7-10 years of consultancy experience
, with strong background in residential projects. - Must be currently based in Qatar
. - Strong knowledge of QCS, local authority regulations, and international codes.
- Experience in site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
